It is a story that started in 2088 when the X biotechnology company working on human DNA used prisoners as test subjects. All of the experiments were unsuccessful and all the prisoners tested died one by one. Except for one. After the guard Altair learns about this situation, he starts a rebellion by blowing up one of the laboratories and abducts Number 82 from prison, who survived the experiment. During the riot, 345 men who escaped from prison embark on an adventure on outer space aboard the Jailbreaker NODx-33 shuttle. However, Number 82's mind was on his girlfriend who was in prison, and he would come back for her.
