Web3 is opening doors to things that for many people were denied before. CellarNFT with its collection of 1000 unique nft allows everyone to be a collector of fine wine.

We are a team that has been working in the wine industry for several years. We own a cellar that we have used to house 1000 bottles of wine and for each one we can guarantee the preservation for 5 years.
To each bottle of wine in the cellar, is forged and connected an nft that is put on sale on a popular marketplace. The bottles of wine selected by us, are wines (unopened of course) that have the highest quality certifications and in almost all cases have won international awards, are therefore wines that will increase their value over the years.

Owning one of our nft allows the buyer to receive, at any time and within the guaranteed 5 years, the corresponding bottle of wine stored in our cellar. He will have to burn the nft through our procedure and, at no cost for him, CellarNFT will physically send the corresponding bottle.
This kind of nft allows anyone to collect precious wines and to trade them with the convenience of using an nft as a certificate of ownership. NFT does not have royalties, it can be traded without limits. CellarNFT guarantees preservation and shipment upon burning.

CellarnNFT is a company founded as of December 2021 to bring wine collecting on the Web3.

1. PRODUCT
-CellarNFT is selecting and buying 1000 award winning wines;
-Each bottle is associated with an NFT;
-Each NFT can be converted to the actual bottle within 5 years.
This type of nft facilitates the collection of rare wines and their trade without physically moving the bottle, safe in the cellar.

2. MARKET
The nfts are sold on a famous marketplace (rarible.com) and no other channels are used. This allows us to subcontract NFT security, circulation and part of the burning. the ideal buyer is therefore the one who invests in nfts that will increase their value over time.

3. COMPETITION
The mission of cellarnft is an original idea, we are the first to propose this kind of offer related to wine. This allows us to be highly competitive and build a solid base in the market. The minting process will continue until the end of 2022 working simultaneously on social and non-social sponsorships.

4. TEAM

5. CORPORATE FUNDS
Cellarnft already owns a winery with an initial investment of 25k € that is used to purchase the bottles.

6. FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS
Cellarnft wants to become an nft brand, related to wine collecting. It wants to establish itself and become known in the first year, until the physical filling of the cellar. If we were to achieve our goals we would propose a season two of the project being able to guarantee the preservation for 10 years.
